Excellent!! I cannot rate this survey high enough. My medical records had gone missing from another surgery and the staff did everything in their power to locate them against a hugely frustrating third party who were supposed to deliver them!! Theyve also been fantastic when Ive contacted them for help with other matters. Thank you.
Very rude receptionist called Rachael. She needs to find a new job that is not related to customer service. She lacks it.
